As a result we are able to cover a wide spectrum of subjects ensuring access to the most recent judgments. Canadian Court Decisions It is important to have access to a data base that contains recent court decisions. This is where you search for any judicial reviews of a particular case that you feel is relevant to your research. Court decisions offer clarity and will often articulate issues from the basis of first principles. When conducting a search for judicial review you should start at the Supreme Court of Canada and work your way down. comprehensive statute data bases.
